At The Early Bird, we're dedicated to serving Edenhope fresh, delicious food and coffee. To us, that means real ingredients, unreal flavour. That's what we do. We begin with whole cuts of meat, grinding them in-house for the juiciest burgers, and hand-crumb our chicken schnitzels for that perfect, crispy bite. We also bake our own delicious pies, filled with hearty ingredients and flaky, golden crusts. Our sauces, from creamy hollandaise to flavourful garlic, are made from scratch, ensuring every element is perfectly balanced. We believe in traditional methods & honest ingredients—rich tallow for frying, real butter for that extra depth of flavour, & of course, quality coffee.
